Responding to your enquiry

We record your name, email address, message, language and, if provided, company. Your name, email address and message are required to handle your enquiry. We use these details for pre-contractual discussions you request or, for other enquiries, under our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Newsletter: a separate choice

The newsletter checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Checking it expresses your consent to receive CadenForge news by email. Your enquiry receives the same treatment if you leave it unchecked. We retain the accepted wording, its version and the date of your choice. Submitting the form does not trigger a campaign.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing contact@cadenforge.com; each future newsletter must also offer a simple unsubscribe option. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Retention and access

Your enquiry, contact details and associated newsletter choice are deleted from the active database six months after receipt. They are not kept indefinitely for a future CRM. Technical backups follow their rotation cycle; expired records must not be returned to service after a restore.

Access to this list is restricted to authorized CadenForge administrators. Technical hosting and backup providers support its operation. Internal email notifications contain an enquiry reference, without a copy of your message or contact details. We do not sell this list or share your consent with commercial partners.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. Contact contact@cadenforge.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
